Forest RV Park
Since the 1950s, many people remember traveling to Marblehead, Ohio to see the dinosaurs at Prehistoric Forest, an iconic roadside attraction that endured over 60 years. The Prehistoric Forest closed its doors in 2010. All the dinosaurs found new homes and now just our Volcano remains to remind us that the mighty dinosaurs once lived here.
We built the Forest RV Park with our past in mind that had brought so many enjoyment over the years. We hope to establish a community where families will enjoy the lake and attractions of Marblehead, Ohio and have the leisure to return to their home away from home. We are looking forward to our campers creating many future fond memories of their own.
Forest RV Park is a Seasonal RV/Trailer Campground spread over 10 acres of wooded area. We have built a robust system to deliver city water and sewer. Our park will have over 100 30′ x 40′ back in type lots for Trailers and RVs up to 40′ with 50 amp electric. As a Seasonal Campground we are open from April 15 to October 15 of the year. We have a playground, a pool, Camp Store and more just to name a few. The kids will love taking selfies in front of our World Famous Volcano. We have events planned for most weekends during the season.
